As an intangible cultural heritage, dance is both an artistic expression and a cultural treasure. It integrates national and regional characteristics, carries rich historical memory and cultural connotations, and is a treasure of traditional culture of all countries. In the new era, in the rapid development of science and technology, globalisation and increasingly frequent exchanges in the environment, traditional culture is often faced with the impact of many foreign cultures, the inheritance and development of non-heritage dance is very important. Among them, innovation and dissemination are two essential ways. The non-heritage dance should be explored and developed in multiple areas; the non-heritage dance should be brought closer to the people through the concept of "cultural tourism cooperation", which make the non-heritage dance continue to be vibrant in the new era.
